WHAT OUR CLIENTS THINK
I was searching for an older bungalow within walking distance to the Marietta Square. I was informed by a friend that Blake and Heather (Simon) knew the area and had established deep relationships with a lot of the residents. These relationships were helpful in my purchase as I was able see properties before they were “officially” listed. This can be extremely beneficial when trying to compete in the intensely competitive (Marietta City) housing market.
In addition to locating the home, Blake was able to help me see past some of the shortcomings (which all older homes have) and assisted in finding a contractor to modify/update the home. Additionally, he coached us on local places to purchase some of the upgrade items needed (vanities, doors, etc.). In my opinion, he went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent.
These days with numerous ways to purchase a home, (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.) I discovered that finding a connected- knowledgeable-resourceful agent was the best method for me. Blake was that agent.

Buying a new home is a painful process....and it is paramount that you partner with an agent that understands the process holistically. You must feel comfortable empowering your agent partner to table the absolute best options for you. Blake and I have partnered on $2m+ in real estate deals, and that has only been possible because he effectively filters out the noise of each transaction and simply tells me where and when I need to act.

We recently used Blake as a buyer’s agent to purchase a home in Marietta. Blake was very attentive to us. He responded to all of our needs and questions. We found him to be exceedingly knowledgeable about the market we were interested in, as well as the real estate business in general. Blake always went above and beyond the call to get the contract to the closing table. We were pleased with his service and would certainly recommend Blake to our family and friends.
